Embroidery is a very time-consuming finishing technique, as each sweater is embroidered individually in a row. The needle pierces the fabric several thousand times to embroider designs on the sweater in question.
It's a simple calculation: the larger the embroidery, the more time the machine needs and this has a direct impact on the price. It is advisable to optimize the size of an embroidery in order to achieve the best price-performance ratio. We offer maximum embroidery sizes of 460 x 277mm. To embroider a hoodie, for example, with a large, flat embroidery, it is necessary to check whether the embroidery hoop can be clamped in the position at all and generate enough tension.

How many pieces can I embroider on a sweater?
We recommend a minimum print run of 30 pieces to achieve a reasonable unit price. Otherwise, the rule of thumb is that the higher the print run, the lower the price.
Can I also have other textiles embroidered?
Sure. We embroider all kinds of textiles, we will be happy to advise you on the feasibility.
How fine can you embroider ?
We always try to get the maximum out of it, so we also try to make embroideries as small as possible. In general, however, there are limits that we cannot go below because every needle has a size as well as the yarn that is worked into the textile.
How do you embroider hoodies?
In simple technical terms, a needle is used to stitch yarn through the fabric of the hoodie or sweatshirt to create a surface that can be used to create a logo, for example.
To embroider hoodies correctly, we digitally prepare so-called punch files that communicate to the embroidery machine where the needle should be inserted and where the yarn should be knotted.
