Fields of application of digital printing
Almost all textiles can be printed with the digital printing process. Here it is important to have flat surfaces. Thus, you can print almost any textile without problems and high quality. These include T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, zippers, polo shirts, long-sleeved shirts, sweatpants, sweaters or similar textiles.
Quality and colourfulness in digital printing on textiles
With digital direct printing on fabrics, even the smallest details are sharply printable. We convert photos and the finest color gradients even on dark textiles for you. With a resolution of 1200dpi even the finest details come optimally to the fore. The digital print keeps its colorfulness even after repeated washing, similar to screen printing. The textile has a pleasant feel after printing and the color is deep in the fabric.
Direct digital printing on multicoloured textiles
Direct digital printing is possible on all colored textiles. For dark textiles, the textile is pre-printed with white to get bright colors. This is a time consuming process but leads to a solid result.
DIGITAL TRANSFER - THE DTF PROCESS
The digital transfer is perfect for finishing dark textiles. Here, the adhesive power of the fused granules is used to optimally transfer the colors into the fabric. This has the advantage of an optimal washing result and also the possibility of printing over seams and in places that are difficult to finish.
