T SHIRTS DIRECT DIGITAL PRINTING
Especially for motifs with many print colors, digital direct printing is recommended. Here, the number of colors does not matter and does not affect the printing price. Digital printing is a very beautiful and durable textile printing and optimal for light textiles. On dark T-shirts with multicolored designs, a digital transfer is recommended. This has the advantage that the textile does not need to be pre-treated in advance and not only saves costs but also guarantees better wash resistance due to the additional adhesive used.

We not only print T-shirts but also finish them in various other ways. Among them, applying patches or labels is a great way to make your products stand out from the crowd and not be just one item among many.

CUSTOM T SHIRT PRODUCTION
T-shirts or other textiles or similar products can also be produced individually with an own cut from a higher edition of about 500 pieces. We coordinate with our team of studied textile designers your desired product to the last seam. During the process we create 3D renderings of the T-shirt to be produced. This digital pattern can be passed directly to our production department to avoid any gaps in the production process. In the process, we select the cut of the shirt, colors, design, etc. together with our textile and T-shirt designers. We advise you with the right fabric composition, how much proportions of cotton, polyester, spandex or other basic materials can be processed. All over designs can be printed perfectly before sewing the T-shirt. Thus, it is also possible to produce printed T-shirts up to the seam. Sizes of the T Shirt can also be freely selected. How much does it cost to have a t-shirt printed?
To determine the price it is important for us to know all the details of your order. Please send us all details about your project in advance. It is important for us how many pieces you want to produce, which motif is to be printed and whether you have already selected a desired textile. After that we can recommend the right finishing technique and you will get a cost overview. In general, however, the higher the T-shirt print run, the lower the price.
Printing T-shirts - Here's how to do it in screen printing!
In screen printing, the T-shirt is printed with the help of a so-called squeegee ink through a screen on the textile. If your design is multicolored, it is divided into the individual colors and each of these is printed on the corresponding product in the desired size. How are my T Shirts packed and how is the shipping ?
We usually pack your textiles in packs of 10 and they are packed in boxes, marked according to the name on the box. We offer you regular shipping but also express shipping. Depending on when you need the goods, we will coordinate the delivery time of your order. It is also possible to pick up your order directly at our production facility in Munich.
