We not only offer textile finishing but also work with you on external workshops and events. We have specially designed printing machines that also give a great printing result externally at trade fairs, festivals, store openings or similar events.
Together with you, we create a concept to support your presence on site and for your customers and guarantee the whole special event experience.
Our creative studio can implement your design in various workshops using screen printing or transfer printing. We will teach your customers or yourself the basics of printing and give an introduction to printing on textiles, which you can of course also take away with you. There are no limits to your creativity.
We offer mobile screen printing at events
We always get the most response to our screen printing workshop. This is the perfect way to create clothing such as T-shirts, bags, gym bags or even posters. We'll set up a screen printing carousel at your event and come to your city. Whether directly in our hometown of Munich or Berlin, we are at your service throughout Europe.
In the mobile screen printing setup, we work with water-based inks that dry directly on site and can then be taken away by the customer. Special additives in the textile ink enable fixation even without drying processes. This saves space on site and allows customers to stay at the stand. Colors on posters will dry faster and it is perfect for larger volumes.
We also bring the appropriate screen printing stencils directly to the workshop. This means that the exposure and screen coating of the screens takes place at our premises and we are ready to start the screen printing course at the event.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced participant at the event, we will be happy to explain the screen printing technique in detail to anyone interested. With us you get everything from a single source.
Workshops at trade fairs
We don't just run workshops at events, we also work with you at a trade fair and support your trade fair presence with a mobile workshop.
We offer both a classic screen printing workshop and workshops with techniques such as transfer printing. The transfer printing process is often suitable for trade fairs, as it is very space-saving and allows many shirts to be finished in a short time. For this purpose, we prepare the corresponding transfer prints which only need to be pressed onto the textile on site using heat. The advantage here is that the customers can take the textile directly with them and have a clear head again for sales talks at the trade fair.
We are happy to cover longer events throughout the trade fair. Send us your specifications for conceivable motifs and the date and duration of the event. We use our expertise to check every possible variant for feasibility on site in order to achieve effective results.
We plan a workshop for your TEAMEVENT
We can also plan a complete team event for you in our event location house of ARS. Our creative team will be happy to sit down with you and prepare a completely flexible concept. Tailored to your wishes, we will create a solid course schedule from the creation of the design to the implementation of the template in print to the finished textile or printed medium.
Regardless of whether your employees have previous knowledge or experience in screen printing, we will tailor the workshop to your needs.
We teach your colleagues how to use squeegees and provide all the necessary materials. We plan everything from A to Z on your desired date and turn the workshop into a special event where you can have fun with printing.

Depending on the workshop at the event, suitable material made of fabric or paper is suitable.
In general, we have few restrictions on site in terms of textile selection. The most common items are T-shirts, jute bags, gym bags, sweatshirts and hoodies.
In addition to clothes, the medium of paper is also perfectly suited for use in a mobile setup.
We will be happy to discuss suitable media for implementation and use at the workshop.

At which events do you give workshops?
We play at every conceivable event, whether a classic trade fair, company party, run, store opening or at a festival. Nothing is impossible.
Do you also give screen printing workshops at my home or at a JGA?
Unfortunately not, we only offer screen printing workshops for corporate customers or directly for your customers on site at an event.
How long do workshops last?
We can cover all possible time periods, usually recommended from 5 hours.
Which motifs can be implemented?
Send us what you have in mind and we will check the technical feasibility. The aim is to use the craft of screen printing or transfer printing to create unique items that also achieve beautiful quality results. There are a few things to bear in mind.
Which textiles can be printed in the workshop?
Basically all conceivable clothing or accessories. Media such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, hoodies, jute bags, gym bags, pillowcases, tea towels or jackets are usually used.
Can you also print on paper?
Of course, we also print the desired motifs on paper in the screen printing workshop. Whether posters, postcards, notebooks or even wood is conceivable.
